I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right at the end of Bangla Road and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were in good shape, some really nice and some not so good, but overall very nice with full facilities. The service was fantastic, always very helpful and friendly, and I appreciated the advice not to put tissues in the toilet. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Bangla street and right next to Patong beach. The dining experience was satisfactory, but could use more variety. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Initially, the room I was allocated towards the very busy beach street was unclean and falling apart, not matching the pictures at all. After some changes, the air conditioner in the new room broke down. The final room I received was the best of the lot but only for the last four nights of my month-long stay. However, compared to other hotels with more stars, the room was okay, and its position was indeed the best. On the downside, there was a very morbid and bad atmosphere in the room.
